1. The service
EdgeTrader AI is a trading journal and analytics tool. We provide software and AI-generated insights based on the trade data you give us. We do not provide investment advice and we are not a broker, dealer, or financial advisor.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
3. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans (Pro, Elite) are billed monthly through Stripe. Free trials require a payment method and convert to a paid subscription automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel. You can cancel any time from Settings → Manage billing.
4. Acceptable use
Don't abuse the service: no scraping, no reverse engineering, no reselling, no using EdgeTrader AI to break the law or another platform's rules.
5. No financial advice
Nothing in the product — including AI recaps, grades, briefings, or alerts — is financial, legal, or tax advice. Trading involves substantial risk of loss. You alone are responsible for your trading decisions.
6. Liability
The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, EdgeTrader AI is not liable for trading losses or any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
7. Changes
We may update these terms over time. We'll post the new version here and update the date above. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the new terms.
