Refund Policy

7-day free trial
Every paid plan starts with a 7-day free trial. A payment method is required to start the trial, and you can cancel any time during those 7 days from Settings → Manage billing — you will not be charged.
After the trial
If you forget to cancel and are charged for a new monthly cycle, email support@edgetrader.ai within 7 days of the charge and we'll refund that month in full, no questions asked, as long as the account hasn't been used heavily during that cycle.
Cancellations
You can cancel any time. Cancelling stops future charges. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period — we don't pro-rate partial months.
How to request a refund
Email support@edgetrader.ai from the email on your account with the date of the charge. Refunds are issued back to the original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days.
